Cruise of the CSS Alabama

The CSS Alabama captured and burned Union ships throughout the North Atlantic and West Indies during her first few months at sea. Traveling as far as southeast Asia in 1862, she intercepted U.S. cargo, captured Union sailors, and left a trail of burning ships in her wake.
